This place was a disaster from the start. I was meant to be picked up from the airport and nobody was there! It was a hassle to get the refund and the teacher was late for every single lesson.

Reply from COINED Mexico City Spanish School: HI! I'm Annika from COINED's Customer Care Team. I would like to clarify that unfortunately there was a strike at the airport the day you arrived and no taxi was allowed to pass. We are really sorry for that, but as you can understand we couldn't do anything about it. Regarding punctuality this term is sometimes interpreted differently in Latin America. However, we try to emphasize that lessons should start on time. This does not always work out, and of course, I can see how this can be frustrating sometimes. We will work with the school to work with the teachers on this. On the other hand as a participant of COINED you always have the chance to ask your teachers for extra homework if you feel that you are missing something. Well, I hope you are alright by now.
