- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 15 days before course start: 50% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 29 and 15 days before course start: 50% refund

Other terms

In the event of a waiver, the participant will incur the following fines calculated on the entire participation quota:
a) Up to 30 days of forewarning from the beginning of the course: full refund except bank expenses and registration fees.
b) Cancellation between 29 and 15 days from the beginning of the course: fine of 50% of the total amount, plus registration fee and bank expenses.
c) No refund for cancellations from 14 days before the beginning of the course
