The school is located inside Manuel Antonio, a National Park on the Central Pacific Coastal Zone of Costa Rica. The Park has beaches on one side and the rainforest on the other and it is internationally recognized as being one of the most biodiverse parks on the planet. Among the 109 species of mammals and 184 species of birds. Some of the frequently viewed residents include white-faced, howler monkeys, toed sloths and iguanas. Activities like canoping, rafting, sea kayaking and sport fishing are offered year around, and during the months of February and March there are groups of whales that can be seen with the special cruises, dolphins can be found year around. The Spanish school is located right in the heart of Manuel Antonio, in the centre of the town bearing the same name as the Park. The town is conveniently connected with other major cities of the country, making it easy to travel around!

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- A cancellation fee of € 75 USD enrollment fee is not refunded and a fine of the 30% (thirty) of the total amount of the booking is charged applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa refusal

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for Visa refusal.

Other terms

• All refunds have a 10% (ten) administrative surcharge of the total amount repaid and are done through the same method of payment used by the participant.
• Up to 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival or course initial date. The USD 75 (seventy five American dollars) enrollment fee and any other amount paid will be refunded.
• Between 2 (two) to 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival or course initial date. A USD 150 (a hundred and fifty American dollars) will be withheld.
