Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 21 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Visa refusal

Other terms

- The enrolment should possibly be done 30 days before beginning of the course or, for later enrolments, immediately.
- On receipt of the confirmation the remaining amount has to be paid within 30 days before the beginning of the course.
- Payment must be done by bank or credit card. If cancellation is is notified up to 15 days before the beginning of the course, 50% of the whole amount will be retained. Cancellations at a later day give no right to any refund.
