English for Young Learners is a CRICOS registered course for children aged 6 to 13 years. It is available for children on student visas, as well as for tourist visas. The course is designed to provide young students with a broad range of knowledge in the application of everyday spoken English, as well as equipping them with vocabulary necessary to join mainstream primary school education in Australia.
Lessons are delivered through a combination of activities and face-to-face learning.

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 28 days before course start: 90% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 28 and 1 days before course start: % refund

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 0 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

All students wishing to study at AICOL must complete an Enrolment Form. They must have current passports and appropriate visas. They must attend all classes, and at all times behave in a responsible manner. Once a student commences a course, no refund of tuition fees is made unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as a family bereavement. If a visa application is rejected, a full refund of fees (except for the registration fee) will be made upon receipt of the visa rejection letter.
