Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Visa refusal

Failing to attend class may be justified or not. We consider it “justified” when the student informs the previous working day, before 6pm. If you inform us after 6 pm of the previous day, the non-attendance is not justified and you lose the right to make up the class. In the event of being ill and not being able to inform us before 6 pm of the previous day, the condition for making up the class is to present a doctor’s note. There is absolutely no refund for money paid for courses or housing.
