Terms & Conditions: Aspiring Language Institute

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 14 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

Visa refusal

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

1.For courses < 5 weeks,50% of tuition fees can be refunded to a student cancelling the course no later than 2 days after the course starts.
2.For courses > 5 weeks but < 12 weeks,75% of tuition fees can be refunded to a student cancelling the course no later than 5 days after the course starts.
3.For enrolments > 12 weeks,tuition fees will be refunded to a student cancelling his or her course within the first 10 days of their course.
