Teachers and other staff are also available to support you in making the cultural transition as smoothly as possible, as well as to boost your learning and progress in Spanish. Whatever you need to make the best of your experience! In the morning, the Spanish classes are from 9.30am to 1.30pm from Monday to Friday, a small 30 minutes break with which an average class lasts 50 minutes each. We garantee 6 levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) all year around and the possibility of starting the course any monday of the year. In the afternoon we offer you courses of Spanish between 5pm and 6 pm from Monday to Thursday that can be attended individually or along with the morning courses. In the afternoon we garantee 4 levels (A1, A2, B1, B2) the whole year around and the possibility of starting any monday of the year. The classes are 60 minutes long

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 14 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for cancellations.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

2. Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted that are irrefutably expressed to us through the means of fax, email, letter or telegram:

Spanish courses: cancellations will be effective only if we are informed of the decision at least 4 weeks before the course is due to commence and they will carry a 100 euro cancellation fee.

Withdrawals
If a student withdraws from the program once it has begun, any payment previously made will not be refunded.
