Intensive long term courses in the morning (max. group size 15 participants) taught by qualified teachers in our school in Heidelberg.

This course is only suitable for English learners from level A2.

Students can choose between the following English Module Courses:
Module course I - Conversation training (from A1)
Module course II - Business English/preparation for TOEIC exam (from A2)
Switching between modules is possible.

Students with prior knowledge can start every Monday of the year with this course. Students with no prior knowledge: 07.01.; 03.02.; 03.03.; 07.04.; 05.05.; 02.06.; 07.07; 21.07.; 054.08.; 01.09.; 06.10.; 03.11.; 01.12.

•F+U Academy of Languages offers 70 (up to 85 in the summer) multimedia

•equipped classrooms, 2 streaming rooms for online lessons. 3 internet rooms with 50 PCs, free WiFi access in the school and in the student residences (F+U has numerous halls of residence with over 450 rooms). We also offers home stay with a carefully picked host family some of which live in the direct vicinity of the school. Students can also participate in one of our afternoon and evening activities (most of them are free!) which vary from walking tours to barbecues in summer. Update 20th of March 2020: ALL OF OUR INTENSIVE AND EVENING COURSES CAN BE VISITED ONLINE NOW! Due to the current global corona pandemic we have decided to offer and host our courses online all year round. Terms & Conditions: F+U Academy of Languages Heidelberg

- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- A cancellation fee of € 25 applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.
- A cancellation fee of € 50 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week before course commencement date.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 125 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

F+U has a provision guarantee for all courses listed in the brochure. Courses are held even if the minimum number of participants (4 people) is not reached. The booked number of hours will be reduced by 25%. To compensate, learners may join another group course in the language booked. If the language course visa is not issued, upon presentation of the original invitation and the official notice of rejection, we will refund the advance payment minus an administration fee of 125 € and any postage cost.
