The cooking course can be combined with any of the Spanish courses offered.
We offer Spanish course plus 8 hours of cooking classes.
4 days, 2 hours daily,from Tuesday to Friday (3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) in the “bodega” of our school.
You will actively participate in the preparation of the dishes and taste them as soon as they are finished.

Example menu:
Day 1 Salad (Málaga style: with potatoes, oranges and stockfish), Valencia style paella
Day 2 Spanish potato omlette, bean stew (Asturian style)
Day 3 Andalusian tomato soup, ox tail (Córdoba style)
Day 4 stew (Madrid style), Cheesecake with blueberries

The course starts every Monday.

Instituto Andalusi opened in 2002 and since then has been offering Spanish courses to students from all over the world. Our new location is situated in the east part of Malaga called Pedregalejo, (same area as the old school, just closer to the beach). The area is also a very quiet residential area, on a car-free street, only 100 meters from the beach. The school offers the perfect environment to learn Spanish. There are lots of restaurants that serve typical Spanish food such as tapas and Paella, although Pedregalejo is well known as the best place to eat fish. Furthermore there are a load of bars, shops and supermarkets nearby and the center of Malaga is only 20 minutes away by bus. From a didactic point of view, our teachers are all university graduates and have extensive experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language. - Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled between 21 and 1 days before the start date the following charges will apply:

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 200 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Cancellation
For cancellations, which the school must receive through email, we have the following charges: For cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the arrival, we will charge you €100. In case of cancellations made more than 3 weeks before the arrival, we will charge you € 200 (€ 100 for the course and € 100 for the accommodation, 50% of the private accommodation) For cancellations made from 8 days before the arrival until non-appearance, all fees become non refundable.
