•We understand how difficult it must be to choose an adequate language course to fit your needs the way you want. For that very reason we like to keep things simple for everyone. Whether you are looking for a general Spanish course or some specific class (business oriented courses, exams preparation...), we can guarantee a suitable choice for you regardless of your initial level. All courses have the same price, no matter how specifically oriented they are or what your level is. Learning is a complex process that takes more than just a teacher and a bunch of homework. And since most of our students must take some time off from their duties to come all the way to Valencia, it should at least be as fun as it is productive and rewarding. That is why we organize a weekly plan of mostly free activities for you to join us and practice your Spanish in relaxed and comfortable situations with your teachers and your classmates.

Terms & Conditions: ELE ALEPH Spanish language school (Valencia)

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 15 days before course start: 100% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 15 and 1 days before course start: 75% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 1 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 0 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

If you want to delay or bring forward the start of the course, it is necessary to let the school know at least one week before the starting day specified at the time of booking or of the new starting day in case you want to start earlier than previously stated.
